The maiden edition of Bono and Ahafo Media Excellence Awards and Dinner Night has been scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 7 2022 at Sunyani Technical University Auditorium.
The Award scheme which is Organized by Sasco Entertainment is aimed at recognizing the hard works of some Media practitioners in the Three Bono and Ahafo Regions over the year.
Nominations were opened for categories such as Sports Show Host of the Year, Morning Show Host of the Year, DJ of the Year, Newscaster of the Year, Mid-morning show Host of the Year, Religious Program of the Year, Television Station of the Year, Social Media Influencer of the Year among others.
Winners for the various categories would be determined by public voting which ended on the midnight of April 30th at 11:59pm.
The Winner with the most votes shall win a motorcycle as the ultimate prize and a plaque, other media personalities shall be given a lot more prizes.
There shall be a dinner for all the nominees and their fans who will attend the program.
Red carpet starts at 7PM prompt.
