The member of Parliament for Sunyani West in the Bono region, Honorable Ignatius Baffour Awuah has donated a set of jersey to Sunyani based Division One club BA United.
The lawmaker made this kind gesture today after a friendly match between his soccer Academy, Baffour Soccer Academy and BA United which ended 1 -0 in favour of the academy boys.
Handling the jerseys to the team on behalf of the member of Parliament is former Asante Kotoko player Godfred Yeboah who stated that this is to help the team ahead of the incoming new season.
“Hon Baffour Awuah is much delighted to make this donation to you as you prepare ahead of the new league season”
The assistant coach of the team, Mr Fuseini Adams showed appreciations to the honorable member for this precious gift.
"On behalf of the team I thank you Hon Baffour Awuah for this wonderful jerseys, we are going to make good use of it ahead of the season "
The jerseys are in the natural yellow and black colours of BA United.
